The whole Yes team turned out to meet jobseekers at Manchester City FC’s ‘Marketplace’ held at the Etihad Stadium on Friday 30 and Saturday 31 July.
The whole Yes team turned out to meet jobseekers at Manchester City FC’s ‘Marketplace’ held at the Etihad Stadium on Friday 30 and Saturday 31 July.
Over the two days the team spoke to more than 80 people looking to turn their lives around by getting into work or better paid work, into training, or into volunteering. Many have since come to one of the centres to meet one of our specialist IAG professionals and start their journey to success.
We also spoke to more than 50 potential partners, including employers wanting our help with vacancies or wanting to help us by providing work experience opportunities, and referral partners – providers of support services our customers might want to use.
Overall everyone agreed that the event had been a great success!
