The LGV skills routeway course will train drivers to be able to drive professionally and gain their Category C (Class 2) or Category C+E (Class 1) licence. Whether you have no experience in LGV driving but are looking to get a job in the industry, or you wish to expand your current LGV licence then this could be the right course for you.

City Careers is an 8-week programme which aims to help young people (16-25) from Manchester into employment, education or training.  Young people will have the opportunity to gain digital skills qualifications whilst improving their employability and interpersonal skills.

Skills Bootcamps offer free, flexible courses of up to 16 weeks. They are available for adults aged 19 or over who are either in work or recently unemployed and live in England. Some Skills Bootcamps have additional eligibility criteria. They give people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and fast-track to an interview with a local employer

This course meets all requirements for you to become a construction worker. Upon course completion and passing the required exams, you will receive payment to apply for your CSCS CARD which is essential for securing work on UK construction sites. Full guidance and support will be provided throughout the 10-day programme. Your work will be assessed through portfolio based evidence and you will receive coaching and support to make sure you are fully prepared for progressing into employment. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Age 19+ (Born before 31st August 2002) Unemployed Good standard of Maths and English Good communication skills Committed and willing to learn Eligible to work in the UK

greater Manchester construction training boot camp  every two weeks until march 2022  to ensure the city's building are fit for low carbon futures they are running retrofitting boot camps courses, offering you the training to make a career in construction.
