In partnership with YFL Training are delivering a blended learning approach Rail course.  On successful completion learners can be put forward to two rail employers who are looking to recruit staff. The Course: Non regulated Training Level 1 Engineering & Level 2 Team Leading Starts: 18th January 2022 On successful completion learners will be supported to get their PTS card which is required to gain work in rail maintenance. Duration: 9-10 Week course 9.30-4.30 in the classroom with some remote online learning required. Blended Learning: some online but mostly classroom based and part work experience outdoors on the tracks at Bury (Bolton Street, Bury, BL9 0EY)

Skills Support for Employment are working in partnership with the Pennine Acute NHS Trust to offer a great opportunity for any individuals wanting to work in the NHS.  The NHS are looking to provide placements and job vacancies for Health Care Assistants and Porters.

  • 12 hours per week
  • 14 weeks

In partnership with Momentum Training, they are now  providing an FLT course in Manchester.  Successful completers will then be supported by Momentum and there Employer Engagement Team to find employment within the Warehouse/Manufacturing industry.

SIA courses In partnership with Momentum Training are now providing a classroom-based SIA course in Manchester.  Successful completers will then be supported by Momentum to find employment within the industry. 3 ½ week course -planned start date 22nd November & 13th December Delivered part online & part classroom based

  • 8.5 hours per week
  • 22 November – 13 December.
  • Age 18+

This course meets all requirements for you to become a construction worker. Upon course completion and passing the required exams, you will receive payment to apply for your CSCS CARD which is essential for securing work on UK construction sites. Full guidance and support will be provided throughout the 10-day programme. Your work will be assessed through portfolio based evidence and you will receive coaching and support to make sure you are fully prepared for progressing into employment. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Age 19+ (Born before 31st August 2002) Unemployed Good standard of Maths and English Good communication skills Committed and willing to learn Eligible to work in the UK

greater Manchester construction training boot camp  every two weeks until march 2022  to ensure the city's building are fit for low carbon futures they are running retrofitting boot camps courses, offering you the training to make a career in construction.
