Julie joined Yes just over a year ago as a Digital support officer, a role with new and exciting challenges.
Julie has undertaken and PASSED an IAG course which has helped her gain a professional understanding of her role.
Julie can now demonstrate the importance of interacting appropriately with customers, clients, and colleagues and has gained an in-depth knowledge of the key areas associated with giving effective IAG, skills learnt include signposting referrals, record keeping, and more.
We‘re so proud of the accomplishments Julie has made and cant wait to see how her studies help to further her career with Yes.
