We’ve helped a lot of people get to where they want to go. This year….
Statistics from 2023/24
What do our volunteers love most about giving their time to YES?
Agniezska, Ahmed and Stella are all in agreement: the job opportunities they can provide others and themselves.
Join us on our mission to provide secure, meaningful and well-paid employment opportunities to as many people across Greater Manchester as we can. Email us at yesinfo@yesmanchester.co.uk or phone 0161 260 1600 to get involved.

We’re proud of our In-work Support Programme!
With a massive 80% retention rate at six months, we ensure our customers find a meaningful, well-paid job and stay in it. 🙌🏽
We recently helped a disabled employee keep their job after they were unfairly dismissed following 15 years of service. 🫂
Through proactive engagement with the employer’s management and HR, we advocated for them during the appeals process – leading to the original decision being overturned and their employment reinstated. 🌟

YES Manchester engages with future talent at Manchester College Industry Week! 🏫
We had an amazing time participating in Manchester College Industry Week, an event designed to connect students with industry experts and showcase career pathways, job roles, and entry routes into various sectors. 🧑🏽🎓
The energy throughout the event was fantastic, with plenty of interaction between students, employers, and our team. We had the privilege of speaking to over 50 students, discussing their career aspirations and sharing how YES can support them with employment opportunities, career guidance, and training. It was inspiring to see so many young people eager to learn and take steps toward their future careers. 👥
A huge thank you to @themcrcollege for hosting such a valuable event! We’re proud to have been part of it and look forward to continuing to support and empower the next generation of professionals. 🌟

This International Women’s Day, we’d like to spotlight our incredible Employment Coordinator, Marika!
An integral part of the YES family, Marika’s passion, dedication, and unwavering support for others make a real #impact on both colleagues and customers. 🌟
Recently, Marika took charge of YES Manchester’s SPF-funded IndividuAll, providing one-to-one support for people facing barriers to employment, and thanks to her amazing work, 80% of participants secured employment! 🙌🏽
Simultaneously, she played a pivotal role in helping YES Manchester win the Engaged Employer Award with Global Banking School, supporting students in gaining valuable work placements to launch their careers. 🏆
Marika – your dedication and impact inspire us everyday. Thank you for making a real difference! 👏🏽
