**Your Role as a Trustee:**
As a Trustee and a vital member of our board, your responsibilities will include:

π· Ensuring that the charity complies with its governing document, charity law, and all relevant legislation or regulations.
π· Promoting the charity`s brand and upholding our strong reputation.
π· Ensuring the effective and efficient administration of the charity, including the establishment of appropriate policies and procedures.
π· Safeguarding the proper investment of funds and maintaining the financial stability of the charity.
π· Collaborating in the appointment, supervision, support, appraisal, and remuneration of the Chief Executive Officer.
