YES Manchester is so proud to celebrate Tim’s nine-year journey with the charity as Tim moves onto his new role after five years as Operations Manager. The team at Yes want to take time to say a huge thank you for all Tim has achieved whilst with us.
Having first joined YES on a short-term administrative contract, Tim’s progression reflects both his commitment and the vital role he has played in the organisation’s success, being a key player in the Yes team. He has led on change as the charity grew and achieved a range of qualifications, sharing knowledge and supporting others. During his time at YES, Tim has made a lasting contribution to the charity’s operations, culture, and growth. He has worked closely with colleagues, trustees, partners, and communities to help ensure YES continues to deliver meaningful impact and outstanding customer support.
As Tim begins his next chapter, everyone at YES Manchester would like to thank him for his dedication, leadership, passion and never ending humour. He leaves with our very best wishes and the knowledge that he has made a real and lasting difference.
