Impact Event Security & Protection Ltd full time / part time

Impact Event Security & Protection Ltd are recruiting for SIA qualified security guards and stewards to carry out a variety of duties. Stewards do not need qualifications or previous experience, but a sunny disposition and great customer service is a must. All staff are expected to be presentable, polite and enthusiastic about making it an enjoyable and safe day for event and concert goers.

Staff will be provided with branded jackets or bibs and are required to wear black trousers, black polo shirts and black boots or shoes. A black jacket is advisable for those issued with a bib. Timings for events vary and are to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities 

SIA guards will be required to:

• Ensure the safety of the public at all times
• Control public leaving and accessing venue/sites
• Conduct patrols
• Respond to any incidents that may arise

Stewards will be required to:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Focus on the needs of the public
• Remain calm, positive and courteous at all times

Qualifications

Qualifications are not required for stewarding, however customer service experience is preferred.

SIA security guards must have a valid SIA licence.

This is a great opportunity to earn some money before and after the Christmas period, with a generous rate of pay.
