providing advice, information, and advocacy to residents.
Advice, Information and Digital Worker
Location: Manchester
Hours: Part-time (22.5 hours per week worked over 5 days)
Salary: £16,331 pro rata (£15,210 actual)
Contract: This position is fixed term based on secured funding.
they are recruiting an Advice, Information and Digital Worker to join their friendly team
delivering advice to the diverse community within North Manchester. This is an important
post within the organisation. You will often be the first member of staff to welcome people to
the service and you will have a key role in finding out what help people need and then
helping people to resolve problems on the day or else directing them to the correct person
within the charity.
You will work alongside the advisors and volunteers in their advice service. they  are looking
to recruit somebody with an understanding of welfare benefits, housing and debt, the ability
to work well in a team and the ability to research and interpret information from authoritative
sources.
The closing date for applications is Monday 27th June at 3.00pm.

Interviews will be held in person on the 29th and 30th of June 2022.
